The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released June 3, 2025.

The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the Broome County Sheriff's Department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Aggravated DWI

Jason Delong from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI (with Child Passenger under 16, First Offense), Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (Prior Conviction),  Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, and two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Fenton.

Terroristic Threat

Samuel Hartung, of Endicott was charged with Making a Terroristic Threat, a Class D Felony, following an investigation into threatening statements made in the Town of Union.

Burgary

Wesley Wyckoff from Susquehanna, Pennsylvania was charged with two counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, Possession of Burglar Tools, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a burglary investigation in the Town of Kirkwood

Eric Freije was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Robbery in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

Grand larceny

Krystle Burns from Harpursville was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree following an investigation into vehicle theft in the Town of Colesville.

Petit Larceny

Bobbi McCarty of Binghamton, was charged with four counts of Petit Larceny following separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union and Town of Chenango.

Glenn Schmitt was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in Binghamton. He was also charged with five counts of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following separate trespassing investigations in Binghamton.

Assault

Johnny Ramirez-Gomez from Marathon, was charged with two counts of Assault in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Lisle.

Criminal Possession

Bridget Sage of Greene, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in Binghamton.

Michael Evanchof of Smithville Flats was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Criminal Contempt

Nicholas  Ambrose from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree following a traffic stop in Binghamton.

Traffic Violations

Nicholas Torre of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle along with several traffic violation, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
