Endicott New York Man Arrested In Broome County Drug Raid
January 3, 2025, the Broome County Sheriff's Office reported that the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force On January 2, 2025, the SIU executed a search warrant at 3104 Buckingham Road in the Town of Union on January 2.
During the search, the Task Force discovered several items of evidence including 252 grams of Crack Cocaine, Psilocybin Mushrooms, scale, packaging, and cutting agent used for the distribution of narcotics, and about $1,100. Detectives noted that the crack cocaine recovered had an estimated street value of as much as $15,000.

As a result of the search and seizure, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested Allen Hurt of Endicott, who was present during the execution of the warrant.
According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Hurt was charged with:
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, a Class A1 Felony
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor
• Three Counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor

Hurt was transported to Central Arraignment Part Court and remanded to the Broome County Correctional Facility. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force was assisted by Broome County Sheriff’s Strategic Response Group members.
