Rumble Ponies Mark 10th Season With 69-game Home Schedule
Good News, Rumble Ponies fans! The 2027 Rumble Ponies home schedule has just been released.
The Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets kicks off its 2027 season home opener on Tuesday, April 6th at Mirabito Stadium. The Rumble Ponies will host the Reading Fightin Phils, the Double-A Philadelphia Phillies affiliate.
The home schedule will consist of 69 games, headlined by two six-game series against the Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees AA affiliate for a Double-A Subway Series. Binghamton will host Somerset August 3rd through the 8th and again in the final homestand, August 31st through September 5th.
Other series for the Rumble Ponies will include 12 home games hosting the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, AA Toronto Blue Jays affiliate, from June 22nd through the 27th, and July 20th through the 25th. Binghamton will also play nine games at home against the AA Boston Red Sox affiliate, Portland Sea Dogs, from April 20th through the 25th and again on July 16th, 17th & 18th right after the All-Star Break.
May 9th, Mother's Day, the Rumble Ponies will host the AA Colorado Rockies affiliate, Hartford Yard Goats, and on Father's Day, June 20th, host the AA Washington Nationals affiliate, Harrisburg Senators. The home stand will conclude for the Rumble Ponies on Labor Day weekend, hosting the Somerset Patriots from August 31st through September 5th.

The 2027 home stand will feature games against each Northeast Division opponent: Reading, Portland, Hartford, New Hampshire, and Somerset. The Rumble Ponies will also host four Southwest Division teams: Erie SeaWolves (AA, Detroit Tigers), Altoona Curve (AA, Pittsburgh Pirates), Harrisburg, and Richmond Flying Squirrels (AA, San Francisco Giants).
2027 will be Binghamton’s 36th-consecutive season as the AA affiliate of the New York Mets, and the 10th season as the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Game times and the away game schedule will be released at a future date.
