The 22,300-square-foot Ross store will occupy most of the space once used by a Circuit City electronics store and a Price Rite grocery store in the Vestal Parkway shopping complex. A Dick's Sporting Goods warehouse store also operated at the site for a short time before it moved to the nearby Town Square Mall nearly a year ago.

A 15,000-square-foot Boot Barn store opened just west of the future Ross Dress for Less last March.
