Police in Sayre say a 46-year-old man is back in custody after he allegedly threatened a witness tied to a previous felony investigation. Officers identified the suspect as Kyle S. Bradley, who now faces multiple new charges.

Accused of Intimidating Witness and Making Violent Threats

Investigators say Bradley is accused of trying to scare a witness from cooperating in a case connected to an earlier offense. According to police, the threats began soon after Bradley was released from the Bradford County Correctional Facility late last month. The Sayre Borough Police Department filed charges of witness intimidation and terroristic threats, both considered serious crimes under state law.

Victim Reported Fear for Safety

Authorities say the victim came forward after receiving a string of disturbing messages and phone calls. In those communications, Bradley allegedly made specific threats toward the victim’s life and even mentioned acts of violence aimed at the victim’s workplace and home. Police say the situation became so severe that the victim temporarily left their residence, fearing for their safety.

Evidence Links Suspect to Threats

When officers reviewed the material provided, they say they were able to confirm the voice in several audio recordings as belonging to Bradley, citing previous contact with him in earlier incidents. Police noted that just days before these alleged threats, Bradley had been arrested for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. The victim, investigators said, had been a witness in that earlier case.

Deemed a Public Safety Risk

Officials described Bradley as a continuing threat to the community, noting that he had recently been out on bail in two separate felony cases before allegedly targeting a witness. Citing the potential danger, a judge ordered that Bradley be held at the Bradford County Jail without bail while the new case moves forward.
