When it comes to selling a home, many real estate agents will do whatever it takes to get their property listing seen but this is the first we’ve ever heard of someone calling on the Easter Bunny to bring attention to a house listing.

The brilliant marketing minds of Colleen Bracci and Marissa Delvecchio of Remax Realty Group in Rochester decided to take an unconventional route to the photos they posted of their listing on Ballad Avenue in Rochester by literally putting the Easter Bunny in several of the photos – and not just a decorative Easter Bunny – the real deal.

Listed for $219,900, the 1965 home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms and apparently, loads of space for hiding Easter eggs.

The description of the listing starts off with, “The Easter bunny just delivered the golden egg! Actually, it may be the Energizer bunny as this house keeps going on and on!” It also adorably reads, “Hop on over to this amazing offering as soon as you can.

No surprise the listing caught the attention of everyone and even went viral and the tactic worked – the house is now pending sale.
