
Save the Date: Strawberry Festival Returns to Owego!
Get ready to be delighted at the 43rd Annual Owego Strawberry Festival! Join us for a three-day extravaganza from June 19 to June 21, taking place at two locations in Owego. With a mix of music, delicious food, and fun entertainment, this yearly event is sure to bring joy to the whole family.
Rock N Run at Hickories Park, June 19
Attendees can participate in a timed 5K Walk/Run and enjoy live music under the bandshell. The Rock and Run event will take place from 5 to 9 p.m.
June 20: Block Party in Downtown Owego
The festivities continue on Friday, June 20, as the Block Party takes center stage in downtown Owego. The celebrations will kick off at 5 p.m. with live music, a tantalizing selection of food, and an abundance of entertainment for individuals of all ages. The evening will conclude with a breathtaking fireworks display lighting up the river at 9:30 p.m.
June 21: Festival Highlights in Downtown Owego
On Saturday, June 21, the festival reaches its peak with a delightful parade commencing at 9:30 a.m. After the parade, downtown Owego will buzz with a variety of music, children’s activities, and numerous vendors. The festivities will also feature characters from Paw Patrol and an activity center hosted by the Owego Nazarene Church.
