Interview With Robert Mason – Lead Singer Of Warrant
The Southern Tier of New York and Northeast Pennsylvania have so many places to enjoy live music, both in local bars, events as well as larger venues like the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena, The Forum, Tags in Big Flats, Bethel Woods in Bethel N.Y., the F.M. Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre, New York State Fair and Lakeview Amphitheater in Syracuse to name a few.
The summer concert season amps up our choices of great shows to enjoy. For example, Tag's Summer Stage in Big Flats brings in a lot of national acts from many different music genres.

One such show is Saturday (June 7th, 2025), is Glam Slam featuring Warrant, Dee Snider (from Twisted Sister), and Lita Ford.
This show will bring back the great sound of the 1980s, which is probably one of the most popular music decades right now.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the lead singer and guitarist of Warrant - Robert Mason, about the band, the tour, and what to expect at the show at Tags.
What impressed me was the energy and passion from the interview. That tells me that this band puts 100 percent of their profession and passion into the show. Not every band can lay claim to that. Some just kind of mail it in. Not Warrant.
