On Tuesday (Sept. 20), Adam Levine responded to allegations he cheated on wife Behati Prinsloo with Instagram model Sumner Stroh.

The Maroon 5 frontman addressed the claims in a statement shared via his Instagram Story.

In the statement, he denied having an affair but admitted to crossing "the line."

"I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner," he wrote, claiming he didn't cheat but instead "crossed the line during a regrettable period" of his life.

"I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family," he continued, sharing that his wife and family mean everything to him and noting he was "naive and stupid" to "risk the only thing that truly matters."

"I take full responsibility. We will get through it," he concluded.

On Monday (Sept. 19), Stroh posted a TikTok video detailing an alleged affair between her and Levine. She claimed she was "naive" and "easily manipulated" at the time due to being new to Los Angeles. She also alleged the affair went on for over a year.

In alleged screenshots shared via Stroh's video, Levine appeared to ask the model if he could name his next child after her.

Prinsloo is currently pregnant with her and Levine's third child.

Both Stroh and Levine have faced backlash online following the allegations.

Stroh later posted a follow-up video including apology to Prinsloo and her children.

Meanwhile, another Instagram model has also posted what appear to be screenshots of messages between her and Levine in which she calls him "babe" and he tells her he doesn't "make out with people other than my wife."
