The Old Farmer's Almanac is set to release its official Winter 2024-25 prediction on August 27th but this morning they put out a teaser of what we could expect.

According to their latest update we could be in for a warmer than normal winter due to sun activity.

The Sun is reaching the maximum of Solar Cycle 25, which is halfway through its 11-year solar cycle. High solar activity levels have historically been linked to warmer temperatures.

The Old Farmer’s Almanac will officially release its 2024-25 Winter prediction coming up on August 27th.
