Have you ever felt like you're just gonna totally lose it and freak out at work? That you're headed for a total meltdown? I think we've all been there whether we want to admit it or not. 

Here are three ways you can handle a meltdown at work:

1. Breathe. Breathe in for 10 seconds and then out for 10 seconds and repeat this numerous times. They say it takes almost 3 1/2 minutes to calm you down doing this but it's effective.

2. Focus on something that is the color blue. Studies have found that the color blue has a calming effect on us when we look at it or touch it. So look for something blue to help calm you down.

3. Squeeze between your knuckles and your first two fingers. There's a pressure point there that relieves stress. And do this for as long as you need to do it.
