I am happy that more and more people are FINALLY staying home to help stop the spread of COVID-19. It's what we need to do and I feel like people didn't take it seriously at first, but now are. I guess, better late than never.

I know that staying home is hard, in fact, many people have turned their homes into their offices and even classrooms for their kids. Staying home is even harder if you're trying to stick to a diet. There's food everywhere and you can eat it anytime. You've heard of the 15 pounds your freshman year of college right? Well, people are now afraid of gaining the COVID-19 weight. Don't worry, I've got a few tips from Fox News, to prevent it.

  1. If you have a normal eating schedule, stick to it. Don't just eat whenever
  2. Make sure you're actually hungry before you eat.
  3. If you think you feel hungry, but not sure, get up and take a walk.

Check out the rest of the tips here and keep on healthy snacking.
