The Insane Inflatable 5K is happening in just ONE week on Saturday, October 10th. The course is going to be filled with 11 of the world’s largest and most extreme inflatable obstacles ever! Here are a few tips to get ready for it!
  1. Get a good nights sleep. You want to be well rested, so don't go out drinking until 3am!
  2. Eat a good breakfast! We know the saying that breakfast is the most important meal, well it really is if you are going to be running an obstacle course! So have a healthy breakfast that has protein and carbs. This is not the day to grab a Butterfinger at the gas station on the way to the 5K.
  3. Get there early. That way you can relax a little and walk around and check out the course.
  4. Stretch before the run.

So make sure to figure out who you want on your team and sign up. There are several wave times that you can chose from. Keep in mind we are only ONE week away, so make your plans soon and get signed up!
