Helping A Farmer Could Be Helping Yourself
You are probably asking yourself how helping a farmer can help me. Well, once you hear the reason you will totally agree.
I saw this story in Men's Health, and I knew I had to share it with you. Why? Because we are lucky in this area to have a bunch of Farmer's Markets to go to throughout the year.
People who shop at Farmer's Markets at least once a week average one and half inches less around the waist than those who go less.
"Members of community supported agriculture groups also had smaller waists."
Hitting a local farmer's market once a week is definitely doable. Especially since it will help your waistline.
