Halsey paid tribute to her friend and collaborator, Juice WRLD (Jarad Higgens), during her concert on Tuesday (December 10).

The 25-year-old was performing at a Pandora Live event in Brooklyn when she took a moment to speak about the late rapper, who died on Sunday (December 8) after suffering from a seizure at a Chicago airport.

“The remix of this song is the better version of this song, and I think everybody knows that deep down inside," Halsey told the audience about her collaboration with Juice WRLD on the remix of her single, "Without Me." Their collaboration even reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart.

"Life is short, so we should appreciate every single moment that we have together," she continued before asking the crowd to sing really loud.

Prior to the tribute, Halsey posted a sweet Instagram photo of the late singer. "Sweet boy," she captioned the snapshot. "The fastest brain in the game. Your creativity, endless. Immortal. Rest in power. I can’t even explain the sadness."
