Binghamton police are looking for a man who pulled a gun on a store clerk and got away with some cash.

The heist at a Kwik Fill convenience store at 267 Main Street was reported around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Detective Lieutenant Cory Minor said police are seeking a single suspect in the robbery.

The man, who was armed with a handgun, left the business on foot. He was last seen heading south toward a residential neighborhood on Crestmont Road.

Minor said no injuries were reported. He said a canine unit from the Broome County Sheriff's Office assisted city police investigators.
