Greenwood Park Offers Plenty of Activities for All Ages

While much of the attention centered on Otsiningo Park over this past weekend with the Spiediefest and Balloon Rally Broome County's other parks also had plenty of activity.  County parks are one of the area's most beautiful assets.  One such park is Greenwood Park at 153 Greenwood Road in Lisle.

Greenwod Park is a beautiful place to visit whether its just adults or entire families.  Facilities include campgrounds, nature trails and several picnic pavilions offering cover from the sun or rain.

Swimmers or boaters can enjoy Greenwood's spring-fed lake. Anglers can enjoy fishing with family members.  Boat rentals are also available in the spring and summer months. Winter months bring ice-fishing and cross-country ski trails.
