The 4th Annual Greater Binghamton Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner is set for Monday, April 23rd at the Doubletree by Hilton in Binghamton.  The Hall honors area  greats who have made a major impact in the sports world and our community. This year 15 standouts will be honored.  Those who will be inducted in ceremonies April 23rd include:

Track and Field All-American and USA Olympic Bobsled team member Chris Coleman.

Softball standout and Olympic Coach Doreen Denmon

Wrestling greats Jason Goldman and Mark Gumble along with standout wrestling coach Frank Sorochinsky.

B.C. Open  winner Richie Karl.

St. Bonaventure standout and NBA star Bill Kenville.

World Class and Olympic Trapshooting great Frank Little.

Long-time owner of Binghamton professional hockey teams and current Executive Vice-President of the Binghamton Devils, Tom Mitchell.

Edward W. Stack, Binghamton native and CEO of Dick's Sporting Goods.

George Herrick, long-time standout coach of Vestal High School Soccer.

Michael Starke , long-time coach at Binghamton University and owner and manager of the Binghamton Tennis Center.

Standout basketball coach at Seton Catholic and Union-Endicott High School, Charlie Tarricone.

Randy Will, USA Olympic Bobsled team member.

Tom Yelverton, record-setting pole vault champion in section 4 and at Cortland State University.

A production of AJQ Sports Management and Marketing the Greater Binghamton Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner will also feature keynote speaker Earl "The Pearl" Monroe, a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and also a member of the NBA Champion New York Knicks in 1973.
