Someone Started a GoFundMe Page to Help ‘Homeless’ Pete Davidson
In the wake of the Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande breakup news, and the couple reportedly calling off their engagement, fans of both Grande and Davidson are sending thoughts, love... and now even money, apparently.
On a page that has since been removed by GoFundMe, someone started a fund to help out a "homeless" Davidson, who has been living in a $16 million apartment in New York City along with Grande. She purchased the space by herself, according to GQ, so now that the couple has broken up, the SNL star may be looking for a new place to stay.
“As you may all know, Pete Davidson and his fiancé have recently broken up,” wrote a user known as “Ari Remy Ma” on the crowdfunding platform. “He will need somewhere to sleep tonight.” The page was removed before the $2,500 goal was reached, however.
Many Twitter users seemed to take Grande's side, sending her messages of support and even going as far as to troll Davidson and imply that he will no longer be able to afford the same lavish lifestyle without Grande's help.
There's no news yet on who will get to keep Grande and Davidson's pet pig, Piggie Smalls, although the Twitterverse was quick to address the possibility of a "custody battle" as well.
