Goat Yoga is Back to Benefit the Binghamton Zoo
It was such a huge success last year, the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park is bringing it back again. It's one of the hottest trends out there, it's.....Goat Yoga. The Binghamton Zoo is getting together with the instructors from Yoga Body Shop at the Ross Park pavilions this Sunday, August 26th.
Here's your chance to get in shape with their newest pygmy goats: Merry, Pippin, Sam and Frodo. It starts at 10 a.m. and goes until 11:15 a.m. You must bring your own yoga mat (they'll provide the goat) and it wouldn't hurt to bring a mat that you don't mind getting dirty.
You have to register for this event but space is limited to 50 participants and you must be over 16 years of age, there aren't many spots left, so get goating and sign up now. Yoga or goats not your thing? No problem, you can still support the 5th oldest zoo by buying a t-shirt here.
Goat yoga benefits the Binghamton Zoo's "Green Team," a group focused on the zoo's green initiative. They are located at 60 Morgan Road in Binghamton and are open everyday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the zoo closing at 5 p.m.
See you at the zoo!
