Endicott Man Cleared of Rape Charge

An Endicott man is cleared of rape charges in a case involving a 30-year-old woman.

42-year-old Jermaine Fullard was found not guilty in a bench trial in Broome County Court of charges of rape and sexual abuse.  He had been accused of having forcible sexual contact with a woman at a home in Endicott in January of 2018.

In addition to the rape and sexual abuse allegations, Fullard had been accused of fighting with police as they were taking him into custody.

The Endicott man was found guilty of misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration.
