Driving Without Headlights in Endwell Ends in Drug Arrests
New York State Police say an Owego woman and Town of Union man are charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on East Main Street in Endwell March 7.
38 year old Marie Tyler is charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. 29 year old Evan Philpot is charged with two misdemeanor criminal drug possession charges.
Troopers say they pulled Tyler over at 8:24 p.m. for driving without headlights and found cocaine and heroin during the traffic stop.
Tyler was sent to the Broome County Jail while Philpot was released and ordered to appear in Town of Union Court later this month.
