Divorce Gets Even Uglier for Former ‘Housewives’ Star

Former "Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel has been in a bitter divorce feud for the last two years with her ex, Jason Hoppy, a University of Scranton grad.

Bethenny and Jason haven't exactly been amicable in their divorce, but he's cranked up the heat to 10 by considering slapping her with a lawsuit for not keeping her lips zipped. If you thought the claws were out before, you haven't seen anything yet!

A source close to the situation says that Jason is really stressed out about the court proceedings and the insider says, “Jason talked to an attorney about whether they could sue Bethenny for breaking a confidentiality agreement.”

Jason's lawyer, Bernard Clair, tells Life and Style that he's just trying to protect their daughter Bryn from Bethenny’s “inability or unwillingness to put a clamp on uninvited media attention.”

Ouch!
