Yesterday, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced an Executive Order to ensure that employers provide essential workers who work directly with the public with masks they can wear during the coronavirus pandemic. As of yesterday, the number of confirmed COVI-19 cases in New York State had grown to 188,694, with 8,236 new cases reported by the Governor.

In addition to making sure workers get masks, Cuomo added in an Executive Order to expand eligibility of individuals to conduct antibody tests in labs currently being used to process COVID-19 tests to "help ensure as many New Yorkers as possible have access to antibody testing as the state continues to bring this critical testing to scale."
