CCE has been educating our community for decades on the importance of well-balanced health friendly meals, and with families looking for ways to make better choices, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County is proud to introduce a series of virtual cooking classes you can attend in the privacy of your own home.

The month of January Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County is offering several virtual classes with options on food safety, meal planning, dealing with picky eaters and how to eat right and increase your physical activity.

Classes are free and offered at various times throughout the week starting with a Pantry Series Tuesdays at 4pm, Families around the table Tuesdays at 6pm, Slow Cooker Savvy Thursdays at 10am, and more.

The CCE nutrition educators can help you make better choices with small steps to reach healthier goals for you and your family.
