32-year-old Serina Madden had been charged with murder and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Colesville woman's daughter - Belladonna Loke - was found dead in a bed in a home on East Windsor Road in February 2018.

Investigators determined Belladonna, who had been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, did not receive sufficient food or adequate medical care. The girl died of pneumonia.

New York State Police arrested Madden in Endicott in July of last year.

Under a plea deal with prosecutors, Madden is expected to be sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Sentencing has been scheduled for February 5.
