Police seized more than two ounces of heroin when they executed a search warrant at a Binghamton residence.

Authorities say 44-year-old Antone Lovejoy faces ten felony drug charges following Monday's raid at 9 Rutherford Street.

According to the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, heroin and 20 grams of marijuana were confiscated. Police also found drug packaging material and more than $7,100 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Lovejoy was charged with six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia. In addition, he was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Lovejoy was arraigned in Binghamton city court and ordered held at Broome County Jail.
