Are You A “Summer-Stressed” Parent?

Kids just got out of school "YAY" (for the kids) "Uh-oh" for parents!

According to a new survey, 6 out of 10 parents say they're STRESSED about the summer and say they'd be fine sending their kids back to school after just one week's vacation.

The top reasons for their stress are:  They're working while the kids are off . . . scheduling and planning Summer events is nearly impossible . . . and the cost of summer activities can add up fast.

My daughter and her husband spent the past few weekends taking the boys to the Buffalo Zoo and Safari Niagara.  They both recommend season passes.  When my kids were young they didn't even know what a Drive-In movie was. It was Disneyworld and Universal Studios.

Four out of 10 parents basically had NOTHING planned for their kids this summer . . . and most are relieved when school starts up again.
