We've been hearing rumors about a Chick-fil-A coming to the Binghamton area for the last few years. I wonder if we ever get one if the cows in our area will try and make their way there.

If you've ever seen a television commercial for Chick-fil-A or even one of their billboards down south, you know that they have a marketing campaign the features cows saying things like "Eat more chicken" with all the words misspelled. Well, maybe this cow thought he could go there and get a job.

According to WRGB, a cow stopped traffic just North of Indianapolis as he was running away from the police. He crossed the road and went to Chick-fil-A. I guess he knew what would happen to him if he went to a Burger King, McDonald's, or Wendy's.

A woman driving down the road caught the whole thing on video. You can see that video here.

If I worked in the marketing department for Chick-fil-A, I would be paying this woman money to get the copyrights to that video to use it in their commercials. I can picture a guy with a deep announcer voice asking, "So why did the cow cross the road? To get to the Chick-fil-A on the other side".

Maybe the cow heard that Ranker recently conducted a survey online in which over 7,000 people participated, and they asked them what the best chain restaurants in America were.

Chick-fil-A finished number one. That was followed by Wendy's, Five Guys, Subway, and Dairy Queen rounding out the top five. You can see the full list here.
