Another defendant in the rape and robbery of a UHS Wilson Hospital nurse in a hospital employee parking lot in April 2016 learns his fate.

Jacob Coish, who was 17 years old at the time of the attack on the 22 year old nurse, is to spend seven years in state prison and five years parole after pleading guilty to robbery.  He’s accused of stealing the victim’s car after 17 year old Brandon Corey sexually assaulted the woman.

Coish could have been sentenced to a maximum of 15 years in prison.

He had been designated a juvenile delinquent. But the District Attorney’s Office said the teen is a continued risk to society.

Corey this week was sentenced to ten years in New York State Prison while he could have been handed 30 to 50 years in prison as had been sought by the District Attorney.
