15-Year-Old Girl Reported Missing From Binghamton Area
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is reporting a Binghamton area girl has been missing for at least three weeks.
According to the report from the center, 15-year-old Rebecca Shackelton was last seen on July 29th.
She is white with brown eyes and black hair, standing five-feet, six-inches tall and weighing 185 pounds.
