Judging by my trip to the grocery store on Sunday night, many of us heeded the warning to stock up on food before the storm.  Fortunately for our area, the power stayed on for most of us, and the storm wasn't the tragedy it could have been.   Now that you've over-filled your pantry, help us stock up CHOW's pantry with our annual Food-A-Bago food drive starting Monday.

From Monday, November 5th through Monday the 12th, Wild 104's Louie G will be staying in a Jim's RV in the parking lot of the Weis Market on Upper Front Street.  Louie will be doing his show from there, and collecting non-perishable food items for the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse.   Louie has generously offered to DJ a Christmas party for the office that brings the most food directly to him at the RV, makes sure to tell him what office you are donating in the name of.  Donations can also be made at Greene's Ace Home Center in Whitney Point, if that is closer to you, but those donations won't count toward the party with Louie.

Turn your preparedness into a way to help someone else, and donate some of that extra canned food to CHOW, by bringing it out to the Food-A-Bago starting Monday.  This year's Food-A-Bago is presented by Tall Pines Farm Stoves and Fireplaces.
