Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say a 29-year-old McGraw man is accused of causing the death of a two-year-old child.

Authorities say Dorain Bohn is charged with felony criminal negligent homicide and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child after two-year-old Kassidy Dains was found dead in a home on Elm Street in the Village of McGraw at 8:59 p.m. April 19. Investigators say the toddler lived in the home with her mother and Bohn.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Cortland County Sheriff Criminal Investigation Division at (607) 758-6151.  Officials say additional charges are possible.
