Harpersfield Man Accused of Trying to Sell Stolen Vehicle for Scrap

A Harpersfield man is accused of trying to sell a stolen vehicle for scrap.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 49 year old Christopher Knipper is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property and falsifying business records.

Authorities say Knipper is accused of taking a stolen vehicle to a scrap yard and claiming he owned it.

He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $10,000 bail.
