The February 5 appearance in Greece has one defendant scheduled for Grand Jury action and preliminary hearings set for two others for next week.  The fourth suspect accused of planning to attack Islamberg in Delaware County with explosives and guns is a 16-year-old boy, held as an adolescent offender.

18-year-old Andrew Crysel, whose defense claims suffers a disorder on the autism spectrum, posted bail.  His attorney said the teen had no intention of harming people.

19-year-old Vincent Vetromile and 20-year-old Brian Colaneri are also accused in the alleged plot to attack the Muslim enclave in Delaware County.  They are scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Greece Town Court on Monday.

The 16-year-old boy’s case is being handled in family court.

Authorities were tipped off last month when one of the defendants made comments in school and another student alerted officials.
