Investigators will be looking into the cause of an early morning house fire that has kept crews from several agencies busy in Newark Valley.

Tioga County Emergency Services officials report firefighters were called to a home on Brown Road at around 3:30 a.m. August 28 with at least three departments on the scene along with law enforcement and medical crews standing by.  Broome County medical units and the “FAST” firefighter support team were called for mutual aid minutes after the initial call.  There have been no reports of injuries.

Authorities say there were no traffic issues aside from the general area of Brown Road at the fire scene.
