Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say an All Terrain Vehicle driver was not wearing a helmet when he was killed in a collision with a pickup truck in the Town of McDonough.

35 year old Craig Gray was killed when he was hit by the truck at around 9:50 p.m. June 16 as he was entering the roadway.

Sheriff’s officials say members of the McDonough Volunteer Fire Department and Cooperstown Medical Transport administered first aid to Gray, who was later pronounced dead.

The investigation into the crash is continuing.
