I am the Brand Manager for Wild 104, the Southern Tier's #1 Hit Music Station, and a DJ for over 20 years now (yikes!). My first station was R.I.T.'s WITR in the early 90's, where I first used the air name "Matty J". I then started an internship in Syracuse, working for "The Ragman", who gave me the air name "Jimmy Olsen" on 93Q. UNFORTUNATELY, the nick name stuck, and I spent a good dozen years there, as an intern, then weekend part-time DJ, overnight DJ, night-time DJ/Music Director, and finally midday DJ/Assistant Program Director. In 2006, I got the opportunity to come down to Binghamton to run Wild 104, and I have enjoyed my time here since. I was married last summer, and am happy to say the honeymoon continues. I enjoy hosting two team trivia nights here in Binghamton, on Tuesday nights at Applebee's on the Vestal Parkway, and on Thursday nights at Antonio's Galleria and Cafe in Endicott. Join me some time for a trivia night! As Wild 104 Brand Manager, I am ultimately responsible for anything you hear on the radio station or see on this website. Please email me with any comments or suggestions. Thanks for visiting.

Is Your Bank Card PIN in the Top 20? Find Out and Protect Yourself
Seems like everything we do online, and even offline, has some sort of password to it. One of the first (and most valuable) passwords we all deal with is our bank card's PIN. Many times this is only a 4-digit number, and while usually supplied by your bank or credit union, many of us will change it to something we remember. This can make things easy for someone trying to hack into your account,
Am I the Only One Who Doesn’t Get the ‘Gangnam Style’ Thing?
I've been doing this a long time. I started in radio during the rise and fall of grunge. I watched techno music get popular, fade out, and come back again. I've been in radio for 2 waves of boy bands (Backstreet Boys vs. N'Sync, then One Direction vs. The Wanted). I remember when it was all the rage to put movie clips in songs ("you had me at hello"), and when every pop diva had t
Saturday Night’s Best Bet for Live Music in Binghamton: The Look
I have a new favorite local band. They are called 'The Look', and I have our own Tanya to thank. We were hanging out at 'Men Who Cook' a couple weeks back, when she told me she was going to see them. I went with her, and I was really impressed. They are playing tomorrow night at Gallagher's Irish Pub on the East side, so now I have weekend plans!
